We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as non-cancellations/no-shows, will be charged 50% of your scheduled treatment(s). Cancellations are not accepted via voicemail message; you must speak to someone over the phone, email us, or cancel through our online booking system.
Out of respect for our clientele, clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at our discretion.
Discount vouchers are for first time clients (of that particular service) only.
When using a discount voucher purchased on a third-party site, cancellation or changes are accepted with 24 hours of notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to forfeiture of the purchased voucher. Expired vouchers will be honored for the purchased amount towards any service.
Due to the unique, intimate setting of our spa, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to the spa during your treatment.
