We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, as well as non-cancellations/no-shows, will be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment(s).
Cancellations can be made through your Appointment Confirmation email, or by calling, texting, or emailing us.
Out of respect for our clientele, clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at our discretion.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
If you are a first time skincare client, please complete our online Skincare Intake form prior to arrival.
If you are a first time waxing client, please complete our online Waxing Intake form prior to arrival.
CHILDREN
Due to the unique, intimate setting of our spa, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to the spa during your treatment.
