PREPPING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. Prior to your appointment, please complete all necessary paperwork in your appointment confirmation email.

2. Please ensure you wear a mask to your appointment. You will not be allowed to enter without one.

3. Text the spa at 619.269.3693 upon arrival and then wait in the outside courtyard area until we text or call you to enter the spa.

4. Once you are called to come into the spa, wait by the front door to have your temperature taken, hands sanitized, and your clothing disinfected with our eco-friendly, non-toxic fogger solution.

5. You will immediately be greeted by your therapist or technician and will be taken into the treatment room.

6. Should you need to use the restroom, please utilize the tissues supplied for you upon exiting at the entrance of the door to open the door handle. All door handles will be sanitized after each client.

7. You will be expected to keep your mask on when in all common areas of the spa and will not be able to take your mask off until you are on the treatment table and the treatment door is closed.

8. All post-treatment beverages will be available upon request only and will come in disposable cups with lids. Beverages must be consumed outside of the spa after your treatment.
