CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled after the 48 hour window will incur a fee of 100% of the booked appointment.

Cancellations are not accepted via voicemail message; you must cancel via your appointment confirmation email, speak to someone over the phone, or email us at hello@girlonthego.net.

Out of respect for our clientele, clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at our discretion.
